Pricing FAQ
When do I start paying the management fee?
Management fees begin only when rent is collected. If your property is vacant, you pay nothing.
Is the leasing fee charged on renewal?
No. The full leasing fee only applies when we place a new tenant. Renewals with existing tenants are charged at the flat $250 renewal fee.
Are there any setup or onboarding costs?
None. Onboarding, property intake, and portal setup are all included at no extra charge.
What about maintenance markups?
We pass vendor invoices through at cost with no markup. You see the actual invoice and approve any job above your pre-set threshold.
